The kids are having a great time experiencing nature and it's these moments that I am reminded why I do what I do. You can help by donating to the Conservancy at nature.org/newyork It’s a milestone!! In a few short months, “Seeking Serenity - the True Nature of Long Island” has sold over fifty copies locally and through online book sellers like Amazon and Barnes & Noble. May not be the best seller list but it’s a happy start. Heartfelt thanks to all who have purchased so far. The good news is the book is now also available via my website (with preview) at agrazianophoto.com/books The end is near! It’s the last weekend to take in my Seeking Serenity Show while enjoying a craft beer and maybe a NoFoDoCo donut. We'll be at Eastern Front Brewing Co. in Mattituck on Sunday 9/27 from 3-5pm. Please stop by to help me close out the show and say goodbye (for now). PS - I also added “Wild & Free” to the show for the closing weekend. This was the third time we've run this event, took some great pics and raised money for a truly worthy cause. It gets better each time thanks to Melinda and staff!! I took separate shots of Mars (420mm @ 2sec, f4, iso2500) and the Moon (420mm @ 1/1000sec, f4, iso2500) and composited them. For good measure, I grabbed a shot of Jupiter with 3 moons visible (420mm @ 2sec, f4, iso2500). It’s always fun to try something new and shoot for the pure joy of it! As the juror for this show I had the privilege of viewing well over 100 works of art and then had the challenging job of selecting out the entries that best represent each Element for the final show presentation and they are stunning❗️Please come to the reception on 10/29 and enjoy the show from 9/16 to 11/7.
